Minorities affairs: Cheques given to deserving Christians

FAISALABAD: The financial assistance cheques worth Rs3.970 million have been distributed among 794 deserving persons belonging to the Christian community in Faisalabad on Monday. Punjab Minister for Minorities Affairs and Human Rights Khalil Tahir Sindhu distributed the cheques during a function held at Deputy Commissioner Office. On the occasion, the minister said the financial assistance was being provided without any discrimination of religion and creed.
