Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan welcomed their first child - a son named Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi - in December. While there is no doubt about his good looks, which run in his genes, mum Kareena believes her toddler is the most gorgeous man in India.

Talking about what she wants Taimur to inherit from Saif and herself to Hindustan Times, the Ki and Ka actor said, "My son is the most gorgeous man on this side of the equator, in India technically. You will see soon."

Throughout her pregnancy, Kareena kept herself quite active. She thanked her supportive family for her work ethics, saying she learned to manage work and home from the very best. "I think women love to multitask. And I think out there, there are more working women today, as there ever were. And in my family, my sister [Karisma Kapoor] has worked after her kids, my mother-in-law [Sharmila Tagore] has worked after her kids," the Jab We Met actor said.

"In fact, when Saif was three years old, she [Sharmila] did act in films. She has always been a working woman. I have come from that family and been inspired by very strong women in my own family."

Talking about her own family, Kareena said, "I have a supportive family, supportive mother [Babita], sister and father [Randhir Kapoor] who are extremely supportive and always like ‘you should always work’. I have always balanced time between my husband and my work and I don’t see any difference now."

Revealing the secret behind her radiant and flawless skin, Kareena said she thanks her parents for the amazing genes. "Honestly, I do not take care and I am blessed with good skin because of my genes. Genetically, my mother and my father have amazing skin. My mother till today, like actually, has glowing skin."

Kaifa | 7 years ago | Reply It's curious that Saif Ali Khan and Kareena chose to give their son a Muslim name when neither are Muslims. Their marriage is certainly not valid under Islamic terms. Saif Ali Khan's father may have been and Sharmila Tagore accepted Islam upon her marriage but the same cannot be said for Kareena. Why does it seem to me that the Express Tribune has issues about conveying facts about Islam? Is there some kind of strange inferiority complex going on, and that's why it may well not print my comment?
