RAWALPINDI: A police constable was gunned down in Al-Noor Colony near Falcon Complex, Rawalpindi on Friday. Constable Nasir Mahmood had been posted at the Ganjmandi Police Station. According to Rescue 1122, his dead body was found near Jahaz Ground and was shifted to District Headquarters Hospital in Rawalpindi for further formalities. Police, however, suspect that the motive for the murder seems to be personal enmity. The body was handed over to the heirs after legal formalities. Sadiqabad police have booked a murder case against unidentified assailants.
