Shopping and business centres are closed in all major cities of Balochistan, including Quetta, Qila Saifullah, Ziyarat, Pasheen and Chaman.

Heavy contingents of police have been deployed in these areas to control law and order.

According to Express 24/7 correspndent Arzou Rehman, the president of the traders association said that more than 70 traders are still missing and that the government was not taking any action.

Rehman said that a large procession on March 15 will be held to protest against target killings and kidnappings.
