ISLAMABAD: The NA sub-committee of the Standing Committee on Government Assurances took serious notice on the absence of the administrative heads in the meeting.

Furthermore, directives were given to the State Minister for Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) Tariq Fazal Chaudhry to attend the next meeting in person.

The convenor of the sub-committee Abdul Majeed Khan said that the CDA affairs must be controlled by bureaucrats instead of elected representatives as they were disinterested in resolving the issues faced by citizens.

It was the first meeting of the sub-committee with the administrative body’s officials. CDA Member Planning Asad Mehboob Kiyani, while briefing the sub-committee on issues of a dearth of development of Sector E-12 said that the sector was rolled out 25 years ago.
