Shershah carnage: Man who filed FIR returns to court

KARACHI: Justices Gulzar Ahmed and Imam Bux Baloch issued notices to the Sindh prosecutor general and others in the Shershah market case.

They heard the petitioner’s lawyer and FIR complainant Nafees Ahmed, who demanded the arrest of the accused who were let off when he refused to identify them in court. “I was threatened by their accomplices. I have realised my mistake,” he said. Ahmed asked the investigating officer to re-arrest the accused and put them to trial.
