ISLAMABAD: Four major projects proposed by the Pakistan Council of Research for Water Resources (PCRWR) worth Rs211 million have been stalled after funds were withheld by the federal government, documents showed. PCRWR’s Chairman Dr Muhammad Ashraf said that these projects had been approved in financial year 2015-2016, but no fund had yet been released by the federal government.
