Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider said on Wednesday that concrete measures are being taken to develop far-flung areas of the state, Radio Pakistan reported. Presiding over a meeting about Hattian Bala district in Muzaffarabad, he said basic infrastructure of the district will be upgraded and sufficient funds will be provided for setting up health and education institutions. Calling Hattian Bala a gateway to Srinagar, he said it will be developed on modern lines. The small town is an important link in Srinagar-Muzaffarabad road. Haider directed the d authorities concerneto provide better facilities at District Headquarters Hospital Hattian to facilitate the people.
