LHC issues notices over Matric exam mismanagement

The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday issued notices to Intermediate Boards over mismanagement in the Matriculation examinations.

Disgruntled students and their parents were furious over serious flaws with the system as thousands of students were not issued roll number slips in time for the exams.

As a result, many students in Multan and other parts of southern Punjab sat for their papers without any roll numbers.

Other students ended up missing vital exams as without their slips they were clueless about the timings and centres.

More than 40,000 students in Rawalpindi did not receive their roll number slips on time.

The Chairman Board issued a phone number for students to contact in case of inquiries, but many students complained they could not reach anyone on the given number.

Talking to the media the Chairman of the Rawalpindi Board Abdul Azizi said he would address the issue.

Where is that biggest athlete on this side of Ravi “The Long Marcher” Nawaz Sharif?? Will he march now. Last night I heard Provincial Education Minister of Punjab on one of the TV channels , claiming this fiasco as a success of PML N. Shahbaz Sharif who points and raise his finger on every issue, should now raise his finger towarws himself.
