Golden Globes 2017: Best and worst dressed
Find out who dazzled and who missed the mark
The star-studded 74th Golden Globes has concluded but we still can not get over the glitz and glam of the night.
While some celebs were a sight for sore eyes, others failed spectacularly. Here are our best and worst dressed of the night.
BEST:
1. Lily Collins
Dressed in Zuhair Murad ensemble, Lily looked every bit a princess. Complementing her attire with a perfect up-do and dark lips, Lily was just sheer perfection.
6 trends that came back in 2016
2. Emma Stone
Best actor female in a musical or comedy motion picture winner Emma literally shined in a nude Valentino gown with minimal make up and a fitting hair do.
3. Mandy Moore
Dressed in Naeem Khan, Mandy looked flawless in a deep neck gown with a cape and tear-drop earrings. Simplicity is perfection, we say.
Pom-poms, mules and crop tops: This is what you’ll be wearing in 2017
4. Reese Witherspoon
Reese looked absolutely gorgeous in a yellow Versace gown.
WORST:
1. Sophie Turner
Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner chose a Louis Vuitton gown for the night. However, it turned out to be a little too complicated. While her make up was on point, she could have chosen something simpler.
2. Sarah Jessica Parker
Weird sleeves and even weirder hair do. What was Sarah even thinking when she stepped on the red carpet last night?
In a first: Male face to endorse cosmetic brand Maybelline
3. Jessica Biel
Justin Timberlake's other half chose Elie Saab for the big night and left us disappointed. Plunging neckline: check. Bizzare detailing: check. Fashion faux pas: check.
4. Carrie Underwood
Former American Idol winner Carrie showed off her svelte figure in a ruffled pink gown featuring roses on the top half. With too much going on, Carrie simply failed to impress.
