Dubious government dealings: District nazim sacks 60 \

ABBOTTABAD: The Abbottabad district nazim on Thursday annulled over 60 appointments and 15 transfers following public outcry. The government had hired 64 class four employees in the education department while 15 patwaris of the revenue department had been transferred. But after public complaints came to the fore after bribery and intercession were found in the appointment of the female employees in the education department, District Nazim Sardar Sher Bahadur took action by annulling both acts.  Similarly, Bahadur had cancelled transfer orders of the patwaris of the revenue department owing to charges of intercession and bribery on December 13, 14 and 22 of last year.
