Speaking on the occasion, the chief minister said establishment of local bodies governments would help resolve problems of citizens at the grass-roots level.
“Local bodies will play an effective role in resolving the problems of the people,” he added.
Shehbaz said it was demand of the office of local bodies’ representatives that they should make service, hard work and honesty their mission.
He said selfless service to the people and resolution of their problems should be the top priority of local bodies’ representatives.
Col (retd) Mubashir Javed said the problems of citizens would be resolved on a priority basis and no effort would be spared.
