From magazine covers to fashion runways, Bollywood yummy mummy Kareena Kapoor Khan set new trends by flaunting her baby bump.

An advertisement for which Kareena shot while being pregnant is now out and it has left us in awe. The Malabar Jewellers ad features a casually-dressed Kareena lying on a sofa and speaking to her husband on the phone.



The star then searches for her husband's glasses only to find diamond jewellery placed as a gift for their wedding anniversary. An all glammed up Kareena is then showed sporting the set.



A behind the scenes video of the ad showing how the crew was taken aback by Kareena's grace over the shoot has also surfaced. They shared how Bebo remained at her natural best and never made a big deal out of her pregnancy.
