Urwa Hocane gets trolled for awkward Christmas selfie

From her quirky music video and fairy-tale wedding, Urwa Hocane seems to have taken over social media. Sadly, not all attention is good attention.

Urwa has been the butt of all jokes ever since she became active on Instagram. Most recently, she took to Instagram to wish her fans 'Merry Christmas' and got trolled for it.

Urwa was seen posing with her eyes closed, sporting a costume of Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer. The picture was captioned, "Rudolph the red-nosed Reindeer, because Christmas ! 🙈🎄❤️⭐️ Merry Christmas to all celebrating in Pakistan andaround the globe!"



In all honesty, her gesture was quite appreciable but some of her fans were not happy and took several digs at her post.



Where some were criticised the pose she had struck in the picture, others went too far and slammed her for celebrating Christmas despite being a Muslim.





The fans clearly went a bit too far this time around.
