In a statement issued on Thursday, PITB Chairman Dr Umar Saif said all arrangements had been made and judicial e-stamp papers would be launched from December 23.
Training sessions regarding e-stamp papers concluded on December 22 in major districts.
Citizens are advised to visit any Bank of Punjab (BoP) branch to get the non-judicial or judicial e-stamp papers after filling the requisite 32-A form, which is also available at e-stamping portal (www.es.punjab.gov.pk).
The average time to issue e-stamp paper is 10 to 15 minutes, whereas in the previous system it was two to three days.
