Faysal Qureshi defends Urwa and Farhan against social media trolls

Urwa Hocane and Farhan Saeed's wedding has been a hot topic all of last week. While many kept a keen eye on all wedding events and the festivities, thanks to the hashtag, #UrwaFarhan, others seemed to be unhappy about it.

Actor Faysal Qureshi, taking notice of the negative comments on pictures of the happy couple, decided to take the matter in his own hands.





"What kind of mothers are raising these men and women? They don't have a single nice thing to say about anyone in these wedding pictures!," he said in a Facebook post.

"Calling everyone names, the kind of names you don't want to use for even the worst kind of people, especially girls! I'm just wondering that have we really become this pathetic?".



The actor added, "We are name calling people we don't even know! Itni gandi zabaan? I mean honestly not one nice comment! Then why be on social media, why look at all these pictures, videos, posts? Why ridicule someone? Why be online solely to judge and pass judgement?"
