KARACHI: Al Khaleej Tower, a 16-storey apartment project, was inaugurated in District Central on Sunday, where a huge number of citizens flocked in for booking.

The project, situated near Yaseenabad in Federal B area, provides three, four, five and six-bedroom apartments. According to a senior partner of the project, Mustafa Shaikhani from Shaikhani group, the project is state-of-the-art and has all the amenities, including a jogging track, children's play area, modern lifts, tuck shops, parking facilities and 24 hour backup electricity.

Shaikhani added that the total covered area of the project is 45%, which consists of eight towers while the remaining 55% is open area. He added that water is available for the residents, whereas they have also installed a reverse osmosis plant in case of an emergency, while the installation of Sui gas lines is in process. He explained that people are well aware of international standards and if the project does not provide them with standard facilities, they would not even give the project the time of day. That is why we have tried our best to satisfy our customers, he claimed.

Referring to the safety features of the project, Shaikhani said that they have fulfilled all the necessary requirements to ensure the safety of the residents. In case of any fire, fire extinguishers have been installed on every floor, he added. Shaikhani said they are overwhelmed by the response people have shown.

Families who came to visit the project were fascinated by the design and facilities of the project. Usman Subhani, who had arrived with his family to visit the site, told The Express Tribune that he has booked a three bedroom apartment as he really liked it.
