Indian minister gives cobbler INR100 for fixing slipper

A video of an Indian minister getting her slipper fixed by a roadside cobbler has gone viral after she offered him a generous tip.



Although the cobbler asked for Rs10, the minister handed him Rs100, saying “Change venda [change not needed]”, according to NDTV.
