Medical College Admissions: Institutions to follow PMDC’s policy

The provincial admission committee condemned colleges trying to misguide students

LAHORE: All private medical and dental colleges will follow the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council’s (PMDC) admission policy, said Punjab Specialised Healthcare and Medical Education Secretary Najam Ahmed Shah while speaking at a press conference at the University of Health Sciences. Najam said the provincial admission committee will inform the PMDC if any college violated rules so that action was taken against them. The provincial admission committee condemned colleges trying to misguide students and their parents and openly violating the merit policy.
