PESHAWAR: Vintage car lovers flocked to the Services Club in Peshawar to see some of the country’s most beautiful vintage cars. Most of the cars have been parked by the Vintage and Classic Car Club of Pakistan, as their 7th annual Karachi to Peshawar vintage cars rally entered the city.

The rally every year ends at Peshawar, however, this year it will end at the Khyber Rifles Mess in Landikotal on Monday (today). In Peshawar, the event was sponsored by the Tourism Corporation K-P and the Classic Land Rover.

The decades old cars embarked on a long journey, over 1,600 kilometres, from Karachi on November 11. Some 25 vintage cars departed from Karachi, joined by 20 more cars in Islamabad and were welcomed by 25 vintage cars from Peshawar.

After a one night stay at Peshawar, the rally will proceed to Khyber Riffle Mess, Landikotal.
