Lost on gt road: NHMP officials reunite child with parents  

The officers took the child into their custody and asked about his parents

ISLAMABAD: The National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) on Friday reunited a lost child with his parents. According to the motorway police, patrol officers Qamar Zaman and Kaleem Mughal saw a six-year-old child crying on GT Road in the Bhatar Morr area near Taxila. The officers took the child into their custody and asked about his parents. The child said he was going with his mother and has lost her. After hectic efforts, the NHMP officials were able to track down his father. Later on, after due verification from local people, the child was handed over to his father Azizur Rehman, a resident of Taxila.
