The super-hot stylista decodes her style, and also teaches us why less is more!

Understanding your body is the key to looking good and a trait found amongst all impeccably dressed fashionistas. While people shy away from talking about their bodies, these brave souls explain how they work their anatomies to their advantage

How would you describe your body type?

I have a narrow frame but I’m curvy at the bottom.

Has your body type changed over the last five years?

My body has changed quite a bit over the years but more so in the last year. I never really had to think twice about what I’m eating, but now I’m very conscious. Being a foodie doesn’t help the situation.

How has your style changed over the years?

I used to be very experimental and open to trying out new things, but I prefer more classic and practical styles now. I do like to keep up with trends, so every once in a while I’ll try something that adds some edge but also lets me stay true to my signature style.

In your opinion what is your most troublesome area?

My lower body has always been a problem!

How do you dress your body according to your body type?

Lately I’m into everything oversized and laid back! So if all I have is a basic, oversized button down and my ripped jeans, I’m good to go. I do love a pair of pants or a top that fit well also. So it all comes down to what I’m in the mood for at that very moment.

In your opinion what is the biggest mistake a person can make while dressing here?

Trying to over dress or wear everything in your closet all at once is a major no-no for me. I’m a firm believer of the notion ‘less is more’. I feel balance is key when it comes to putting a look together.

Which silhouettes suit your body the most?

Clean, structured and fuss-free silhouettes!

What is the one piece of clothing that you shy away from wearing and why?

I try to stay away from busy patterns — in my opinion they make a person look wider than they actually are.
