Your Stars Today

Aries | March 20 – April 18

It’s the rare Aries who enjoys dealing with overbearing individuals or restrictive organisations. Yet that’s exactly what you’ve been facing since late September, when your ruler Mars moved into this portion of your chart. While you’ve achieved a lot, you be delighted to learn it’s heading into the far more easygoing Aquarius.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

Ordinarily the influence of the Full Moon is felt only a few days before it takes place. However, because Monday’s is in Taurus, you may already be experiencing some of the heightened emotions and unsettled feelings it’s all about. If so, recognise they’re highlighting the need to make changes, some long overdue.

Gemini | May 20 – June 19

You’re facing a situation that could lead to contentious disagreements, but without you being aware of the reason why. The problem isn’t what you’re saying but, rather, one or two individuals are extremely sensitive about the issue in question, but won’t admit it. If you sense tension, back off immediately.

Cancer | June 20 – July 21

Ordinarily, the idea that you need to be disciplined about having fun would be a strange one. But, as you’re well aware, you’ve been dealing with a steady menu of practical tasks and obligations to others. As a result, if you’re to take a break, you’ll have to carefully organise it.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

Somehow you’ve manged to convince yourself that you could reorganise elements of your life, yet keep certain cherished arrangements as they are. Not only is that impossible, the arrangements in question have remained unchanged for far too long, and need either a serious rethink or must come to an end.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

For ages you’ve been wrestling with feelings of guilt about impossible situations that involve a conflict between inescapable obligations and time you’ve wanted to spend with dear friends and loved ones. Unfortunately, often the latter have been neglected. Tell them you’re sorry. It will mean far more than you can imagine.

Libra | September 22 – October 21

Talking about rearranging your domestic setup is one thing. But actually doing it is something else entirely. However, once Venus joins the planet of transformation, Pluto, in that part of your chart on Saturday, you’ll find events give you little choice. Worrying as this is initially, having changes decided will be a relief.

Scorpio | October 22 – November 20

Although the Scorpio New Moon took place over a week ago, you’re still mulling over the insights that arose at the time. The resulting analysis has made you realise that, in several persistently frustrating situations, you’ve not only made progress but have achieved far more than you’d imagined possible.

Sagittarius | November 21 – December 20

Overcoming most of life’s obstacles requires a combination of a clever approach and a bit of persistence. But those you’re facing now are more complex, and will demand you both delve into past issues and gain the support of others. While time consuming, what you learn will justify the patience required.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 19

As you well know, a touching word, gesture or action can be far more powerful than more impressive statements of feeling or commitment. Yet not everybody is able to recognise these for what they are. Knowing that, it’s worth following up, to ensure your efforts have had the desired effect.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 18

The arrival by the planet of action and courage, Mars, into Aquarius, is definitely to be celebrated. Exciting as what you do and decide may be, it’s about changes, some long overdue. But it’s also about the unexpected, which means often even simple plans will need to be completely rethought.

Pisces | February 19 – March 19

The coming weeks’ planetary setup is tricky. There won’t be anything negative as much as it will be unpredictable. This is being mentioned now so that as you make plans, you’ll ensure they’re flexible enough that they can easily be rethought or, alternatively, ride out those ups and downs.
