As a result, Trejo immediately fainted, and even though the paramedics present at the match tried to revive the victim, it was to no avail as the match official died of ‘widespread subarachnoid hematoma’ caused by a blow to the head, which was confirmed by the emergency services.

The suspect Vazquez is reportedly on the run and multiple police officers have been dispatched to catch the perpetrator.
