LAHORE: The Lahore High Court has sought comments from the Punjab government by November 16 on its decision to change the master plan of Bab-e-Pakistan project. An LHC division bench headed by Justice Abid Aziz Shaikh sought the authorities’ reply on a petition seeking directions to set aside the government’s decision. The petitioner’s counsel submitted that Bab-e-Pakistan had been completed 60% but the Punjab government had now decided to change its master plan despite this project being delayed by many years.
