Rs. 50 Billion (5000 crores) worth of water is sold by the tanker mafia in Karachi every year. This cannot be done without the connivance of the city government. Most of the water is stolen from the main water depot. This is according to a authentic NGO report presented in CBC news. Recommend

    @ Asif,
unfortunately this was done with compliance of Police not CDG.
City Government had to lay a new water line from Old Sabzi Mandi to Defence, because it was unable to move police against the Mafia that had captured the Water line going to that area.Recommend
