Busted: Car document forgers apprehended

ISLAMABAD: A team of the anti-car lifting cell (ACLC) traced and apprehended a gang which forged registration books for stolen vehicles. The team also recovered two Hondas and two Toyota Passo cars, along with fake registration books and printers from the custody of the suspects. The suspects were identified as Muhammad Arsalan and Asif Ali and a case against them was booked at the Sabzi Mandi Police Station. During initial investigation, the suspects disclosed that they brought stolen vehicles from Swat and after forging registration books for the vehicles, they sold them these vehicles at the full market price.
