TOBA TEK SINGH: Villagers have killed eight dacoits in Kamalia area of Toba Tek Singh.
Two dozen dacoits broke into two houses in Sandhliawala area five kilometers off Pir Mahal. An angry mob of villagers caught the dacoits when they tried to flee from the site.
Eight dacoits were injured during the encounter with the villagers. Later, villagers drag injured dacoits to the main road and killed them.
The DPO and police reached the scene and took the bodies for postmortem.
