ISLAMABAD: A session’s court, on Monday, granted bail before arrest to a man allegedly involved in murder. The suspect identified as, Mumtaz Khan, was booked by the Sihala police in 2008. Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rakhshanda Shaheen heard the petition and accepted Khan’s bail application. In a separate case, the court also granted bail-before-arrest to a man allegedly involved in theft. The culprit identified as Muhammad Mushtaq had been booked by the police in a theft case in July this year. On the other hand, Additional District and Sessions, Judge Raja Khurram Ali Khan, granted bail before arrest to Jameel Ahmed booked for trespassing , rioting and theft in July this year.
