PESHAWAR: Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Labour and Minerals Development Anisa Zeb Tahirkheli said that the provincial government was fully committed to ensuring the welfare and development of labourers and steps were being taken to resolve their problems. She said that all genuine problems of the silk and cosmetics industries of Swat would be resolved while cases of death, marriage grants and student scholarships would be reviewed and action would immediately be taken on these issues. She expressed these views while talking to a delegation of labour union of silk and cosmetics industries of Swat. “Due to the efforts of laborer, our industries are not only functioning but also playing a key role in economic development of the country,” said Tahirkheli.
