Ahmed and his team participated in the Global Entrepreneurship Summer School. He was one of the 35 participants out of over 1,000 applicants from across the world who was selected to attend the event, said a press release.
The programme aimed at encouraging and connecting top students to challenge societal problems through entrepreneurial means.
Ahmed’s team presented project on migration and the won the award.
The winners have been invited as guests of honour to attend a fully funded international conference scheduled to be held at Brandendurg Academy of Sciences, Berlin.
Punjab University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran has also congratulated Ahmed on his extraordinary achievement.
