The picture dates back to 1999, when the two were working on Rishi Kapoor's directorial debut Aa Ab Laut Chalein.

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil teaser promises an emotional roller coaster
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil stars Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai and Anushka Sharma in pivotal roles. The film features cameo appearances by Fawad Khan, Imran Abbas, Lisa Haydon and Shah Rukh Khan. It is slated to release on October 28, 2016.
