Openers Sharjeel Khan (59) and Khalid Latif (59*) went after the English bowlers from the word go in their chase of 136-run target set by the hosts.
England's only successful bowler was Adil Rashid who bagged the wicket of Sharjeel.
Earlier, Sarfraz Ahmed was already looking at a win in his first-ever T20I as a captain after Pakistani bowlers restricted England to a total of 135-7 in 20 overs at Old Trafford.
England opted to bat first but with extended boundaries and Eoin Morgan's batsmen struggled to score against a good Pakistan bowling attack.
After a 56-run opening stand, England regularly lost wickets and managed to set a 136-run target for Pakistan.
Alex Hales was the highest scorer for the hosts with 37 off 26 balls. For Pakistan, Wahab Riaz made a comeback after the record-bashing in the fourth ODI and bagged three wickets in his four overs for just 18 runs.
Hasan Ali and Imad Wasim also bagged two wickets each.
Man-of-the match is Wahab Riaz: "We needed wickets to put them under pressure. We bowled in good areas. The wicket was very slow. We bowled a lot of slower balls. He [Sarfraz] gave good vibes to us. He lead from the front. It was a good tour but we have to look at our performances individually."
