SIALKOT: The Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and the Punjab Enabling Environment Project (PEEP) on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to provide healthy environment for investment in agriculture, livestock and dairy sectors.  SCCI president Mansoor Ahmed and USAID Punjab chief Muhammad Junaid signed the MoU.

The SCCI president said, “We are trying to initiate new projects with the cooperation of the government and international agencies for the promotion of flower crops, vegetables and milk in the area.”  He said the SCCI was already focused on the promotion of agriculture-based industry in Sialkot and export of fruits.
