Bananas are an all-time favourite. They go perfectly in smoothies, in your summer fruit salads and now in your whole outfit and this 9Lines top is proof of that. Made out of 100% pure cotton, the silhouette has a straight cut with a turndown collar and full-length sleeves. The comfortable fit is perfect for the summer season.

I decided to wear this sweet banana top in a knot to give it a hip look, pairing it with a solid black pencil skirt and black heels. Yellow is my favourite colour so I opted to wear big yellow sequined hoop earrings to complete the entire look. I love wearing fun and interesting prints and enjoy playing up the pattern by keeping the rest of my outfit simple yet classic. This outfit would be ideal for a night out with the girls!

I chose to keep the shirt open and wear it as a pullover to give an effortless vibe. The ripped blue denims and white sneakers added to my cool-casual look. My hair was loosely curled to add some texture and maintain some volume. I finished off with a ‘no make-up’ look for which I used my pink lip tint. I kept my accessories minimal by only wearing chunky metallic rings, as the print on the shirt is quite vibrant on its own. I would wear this outfit to college, running errands or a casual coffee date!

I used the shirt as a jacket so that I could experiment more with my look. Since the shirt was colourful and fun, I wanted to carry the theme forward so I wore a neon green tank top, a gold necklace and sunglasses for a funky appeal. My white Armani Exchange trousers toned down the top. The look was completed with Sam Edelman brown wedge sandals and a white clutch. I kept my hair straight and opted for natural make-up, using a highlighter for my cheekbones and a light lip colour. I would wear this outfit to a lunch, tea or any informal get together!
