OSLO: This is with reference to the various reports in your newspaper and elsewhere that Faisal Shahzad had perhaps received training in Wazirstan. The fact is that North Waziristan and indeed the whole of Fata should have been cleared of the Taliban and al Qaeda a long time ago.
Faisal Shahzad or no Faisal Shahzad, the terror networks in the area must be eliminated by Pakistan and if this does not happen then we may see many more like him.
