After winning hearts on screen, Emraan Hashmi is set to test his skills behind the camera with his first ever home production film, Captain Nawab. The star took to social media to reveal the first look of his upcoming film, which will feature him as the lead.

More to life than success, failure: Emraan Hashmi

Emraan will play the role of a soldier for the first time in a movie. The poster which shows Emraan donned in a half Pakistani, half Indian army suit captioned, "Two countries one soldier," looks gripping to say the least.

In conversation with Mumbai Mirror, the actor said, "I've worn a uniform twice before, briefly in Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai and again in Ungli. This is the first time I'm playing an army man and it's an imposing look."

The actor who refused to reveal more about his film, claimed, "That’s the DNA of the film. I know it’ll spark off assumptions but I’ll hold the suspense for now.”
