MARDAN: Two people were arrested for allegedly strangling a girl to death after raping her. The police held a press conference in which they said the men were arrested on a tip-off after the body of the girl was found near a river in Lond Khwar, Mardan. The body was shifted to Mardan Medical Complex for an autopsy. Police registered cases against the suspects, Waseem and Tahir.
