NAB arrested the suspects, an ex-director project of DHA Col (r) Sabahat Qadeer Butt, an ex-administrator of DHA Brig (r) Javed Iqbal for misusing their authority and violating the contract by selling allotment certificates of DHA Islamabad illegally and in violation of the agreement between the DHA and Elysium Holdings Pakistan.

The civilian suspect through his counsel Abdul Aziz has sought bail from the court, saying he was being used as ‘scapegoat’ to protect the real culprits.
