Wear it like Hollywood: Choker-tops steal the shine

Here is a rundown of how these lovely ladies

The choker-top trend has become popular among Hollywood A-listers as part of their enviably chic street-style outfits and, in a couple of instances, even red carpet ensembles. Seen on every ‘it girl’ under 30, the choker-top seems to be this year’s lace-up shirt. Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid and the Jenner sisters, have already stolen the style. Compiled from InStyle, here is a rundown of how these lovely ladies — who have never been known to make a misstep in fashion — sported their outfits.

Selena Gomez

The Save The Day hit maker doubles up on spring’s hottest trends, teaming a cami figure-hugging black dress with a thin scarf tied as a choker. Wearing a bold smile and voluminous hair parted in the middle, the diva looked her best-ever. We absolutely love how this outfit can be dressed up or down, depending on how fancy your lowers are.

Gigi Hadid

This supermodel delivered yet another one of her famous off-duty outfits, wearing a white choker top and a pair of uber-distressed, side-slit jeans. She added a hint of sparkle with a patch-worked bag (which is also a must-have this season) and a slick white mid-length coat. Her trendy lowers show a chic way to flaunt some skin without being overtly sexy. White-on-white, Gigi got it right!

Kylie Jenner

If an all-black outfit is what you’re going for, take a page from Kylie Jenner’s style book. Making the trend her own, the fashionista chose to wear her choker-top backwards and coupled the fitted crop with a pair of billowy culottes. Giant sunnies and black-heeled boots completed her look.
