KARACHI:
District West police arrested five suspects, including a policeman, for their alleged involvement in various cases of crime, informed District West SSP Pir Muhammad Shah during a press conference at his office on Saturday.
The suspects were identified as Hamood Abdul Qadir, Ali Akbar, Abdul Hafeez, Waheed and Khalid Ali.
"Khalid is a police constable posted at the Central Police Office," said Shah, adding that the suspects are members of notorious Lyari gangster Abid Dada's group and have been involved in over 100 heinous cases of crime including extortion, robberies and street crimes.
