A 65-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run in the Airport area of Rawalpindi on Saturday.
The local police said that the deceased, identified as Sardar Khan, was crossing Airport Chowk when a speeding car, driven by an unidentified man, hit him and fled.
He was taken to District Headquarters Hospital Rawalpindi where the doctors pronounced him dead.
The police have registered a case against the erring driver, who had fled the scene, and started investigation.
