The counsel for the club’s management said that a civil court, on their application, had ordered railway authorities not to alienate the petitioner company from the club. The petitioner said that Railway Police, acting on directions of the minister, had raided the club and forced them to leave its premises. He said the railway authorities had caused them a huge loss and did not bother to comply with the orders of the court.
He asked the court to direct the police to register an FIR against Rafiq and others for defying court orders and damaging their business.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Sarfraz Akhtar sought a reply by August 2.
