ISLAMABAD: At least two people were shot and injured in two different incidents in Islamabad on Friday.

In the first incident, a man was shot and consequently injured over a petty issue within the Margalla police jurisdiction on Friday. Umarzeb lodged a complaint with the local police that Sajjad and his two accomplices shot and injured him at Stock Exchange Chowk. The injured was taken to a local hospital to receive treatment and is currently hospitalised. The police have registered a case against the suspected men and started investigation.

In the second incident, a man was shot and injured in the Lohi Bher area of Islamabad on Friday. Muhammad Arslan lodged a complaint with the local police stating that Muhammad Jabbar and two unidentified accomplices shot at him and fled. He was injured by a bullet. . The injured was taken to a local hospital to receive treatment and is currently hospitalised. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
