ISLAMABAD: Unidentified persons broke into the flat of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) National Assembly Member, Talal Chaudhry, and made off with cash, jewellery and other valuables. Secretariat SHO Hakim Khan told The Express Tribune that the MNA was in Faisalabad when the incident happened. On Monday, Chaudhry’s personal assistant and a few guests came to the flat and found its locks broken. They told Chaudhry about the incident and found that $3,000 in cash, two rings, a bracelet and two wrist watches were missing from the flat. Police have registered a theft case against unidentified persons but have found no clue in the case till the time this report was sent to the press.
