Winfield’s exceptional catch sent Pakistan women's team on the back foot in the third ODI

Males are supposedly more agile when it comes to playing cricket in comparison to females but this catch by England women team’s Lauren Winfield will change this perception for good.

Pakistan women’s team is currently touring England for a three ODI and three T20I series. The women in green lost the three ODI series on Monday when they were bundled out while trying to chase 367.



Earlier, England won the series 2-0 when they beat Pakistan in the second ODI by 212 runs as they set a daunting 379-run target.

In the first ODI, Pakistan women’s team scored 165 which England chased in the 32nd over with seven wickets in hand.

Meanwhile, in the third ODI where Pakistan women’s team was trying to salvage some respect, Winfield’s exceptional catch to dismiss opener Javeria Khan (7) sent them on the back foot.

Pakistan women’s team will now take on English team in a three-T20I series which starts from July 3. The second and third T20Is will be played on July 5 and July 7.
