An Iranian weightlifter has left his 59,000 followers on Instagram flabbergasted with his enormous physical size.

24-year-old Sajad Gharibi aka Persian Hercules weighs an enormous 24 stone (152kg), almost all of which is muscle.

The Hulk-lookalike, who posts photos of his day to day life, can lift up to 175kg - almost the same weight as two baby elephants.

The enormous man regularly takes part in powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions representing his country.

Since gaining a following on his social media accounts, Gharibi has quickly become an internet sensation as netizens express their amazement at his impressive built.

In his free time, he also likes to take pictures with objects that look smaller when held next to him.
