The prayers in absentia were held inside the JuD Markaz in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s capital. Later, the JuD activists burned down the US flags at a protest led by JuD leaders Ghazi Inam Ullah, Hafiz Sami Ullah and Haji Muhammed Iqbal.
The protestors were holding placards inscribed with slogans against the USA, which, they said, was responsible for the war-like situation in the region. Addressing the participants, Haji Iqbal condemned drone attacks inside Pakistan.
“America wants to take revenge of its failure in Afghanistan from Pakistan and the recent drone attack in Balochistan is part of this revenge," he said.
