Man shot dead in Sadiqabad

RAWALPINDI: A 32-year-old man, Sajid Shah was shot dead late on Tuesday night in limits of Sadiqabad Police Station.

Two unidentified assailants riding on a motorcycle opened indiscriminate fire killing Shah on the spot, said police. The killers managed to escape.

A case has been registered. The police said the deceased had divorced his first wife and had recently married another woman.

“The murder might be the result of his second marriage,” a police officer said.
