Assuming charge: Employees urged to resume work

PESHAWAR: Employees of the city district administration have been asked to report to work by May 19. This was stated in a notification issued to them on Tuesday by Peshawar district nazim Muhammad Asim Khan. According to the document, employees of all four towns of the city, including educational institutions and firefighters, will be expected to resume work. As per the document, employees of industrial homes located in all four towns of the city should also report to their duties by May 19 to serve the public. Before local government elections in 2015, district coordinating officers were looking after the business of the city government.
